Booking through the HAF Programme?

How Do I Pay?

We will send you an invoice via the email address provided.

​

We accept online debit and credit card payments. We also accept payments via BACS and PayPal.

​

After we receive confirmation of payment, you will receive a booking confirmation, registration form and welcome letter. 

Late Payments

If the invoice is not paid within 48 hours, your booking will be cancelled. 

Cancellations and Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, parents/guardians must notify us of their intention to withdraw their child from the camp no later than 14 days prior to the start of the camp.
